They were delicious. I am a cook also. Not so much baking, but cooking and a some decent desserts. We all loved them. Some honest feedback though. the pistachio were delicious. Slight crunch on the first bite, fluffy and light cookie, and the filling was excellent. The lemon were also very good. the strawberry were a bit hollow in the top portion of the cookie,but also flavored very well. All in all, you got em down pretty well. I understand that macarons are quite a difficult skill to master the perfect cookie. You seem to be pretty close :)
